ERA Home Decor offers a free delivery to Metro City Of Melbourne.But this excludes any products on special or on sale items.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, Era Home Decor will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. This is not an acceptance of your order. Orders are only accepted when ERA expressly notifies you of its acceptance. Era Home Decor reserves the right to accept or decline, in whole or in part, any order placed by you.
Era Home Decor will notify you as soon as possible regarding the availability of the products you have ordered.. However if the any item ordered is out of stock we will notify the customer of the expected delivery schedule. The customer will have the choice to wait for the item or cancel the item from the order
If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, ERA will place that product on back order list and supply it when stock becomes available. To place your order on the back order list the customer has to pay 30% of the price in deposit. and once the product becomes available ERA will notify the customer and ask for the rest 70 % of the amount. once we receive full payment ERA will ship the product to the customer address as notified in the time of placing the order. Please contact us for more detail about delivery of our out of stock products.
You must enter your payment details at the time you place your order. However, full payments will not be processed until availability of the products you ordered have been confirmed and your order has been accepted. All prices are and payment must be made in Australian currency. For back order the payment terms would be a 30% deposit to place an order with ERA and 70 % of the payment once the product is available with ERA and before we ship the product. For ready to go stock a full payment is needed at the time of placing the order.

All prices are wholesale prices quoted in AUD$ & exclusive of GST. shipping and delivery charges. 10% GST will be added to the final invoice total for all Australian orders.

Delivery and risk
ERA Home Decor will Endeavour to deliver products for accepted orders to the shipping address specified in your order on or before any estimated delivery date, including those set out in the Shipping Information Page of our Web Site. ERA Home Decor does not warrant or undertake that it will do so.
All risk in the products will pass to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order..
Change Of Mind
We hope that you will completely love ERA’s products..if the customer just change his mind contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, Era home Decor will refund / exchange with other products ,subject to availability. but provided the item has not been opened and used and is in the same condition you purchased it. standard delivery charges apply on re delivery for exchanges, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered). however change of mind is not applicable in case of back list order item. Era takes no responsibility in that case and is not obliged for refund or exchange.
Faulty Or Damaged Item
However, if your item is faulty or damaged you can Contact Us within 14 days of receiving for an exchange or refund. We are happy to either refund or exchange your purchase for something else from us provided it is in the same condition you purchased it in. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. or in some cases. Era will issue a voucher that can be used within 3 months to purchase something else from ERA. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanges, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges for changed mind. We cannot accept returns on, special-order, or items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of “on sale” items. For online purchases, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately
It is a condition of Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and other payment service providers that refunds be processed on the same card/account as was used when the original payment was made, in order to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards. We deliver most products Australia-wide. In some cases and/or based on the courier company limitations, we may only be able to deliver products in certain (metropolitan) areas. We are not able to accept orders for international delivery at this time.
